Meet our experienced, expert doctors and skilled team members dedicated to nurturing the human/animal bond with kind, and compassionate care. We're pleased to provide exceptional veterinary care and customer service for both you and your pet.
DR. ERICA BASS
Dr. Erica Bass received her doctorate in veterinary medicine from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2004 and moved to Viroqua, Wisconsin. In 2006, she partnered with Dr. Lenay Kumlin to form Animal Tracks Veterinary Service with the dream of having a high quality small animal hospital. Dr. Bass values the human animal bond and loves to help educate owners and enhance the bond between them and their pets. She also enjoys internal medicine and especially working with senior pets. She is a member of the AVMA, and Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, gardening, and watching her three sons play hockey and football. She lives on a farm with beef cattle and her pets, a German Shorthair Pointer, Nova, and her cat Gwen.
DR. LENAY KUMLIN
Dr. Lenay Kumlin received her doctorate in veterinary medicine from Michigan State University in 1997 and moved to Viroqua, Wisconsin. In 2006, she partnered with Dr. Erica Bass to form Animal Tracks Veterinary Service a full service small animal hospital. She is a member of the AVMA and Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association. She enjoys working with clients, patients, and providing compassionate quality care. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and enjoys spending time outdoors (snowshoeing, biking, hiking). She has one dog, Macey, a Labrador Retriever, and three cats; Scarlett, Winnie, and Rosie.
DR. JESSICA VOSS

Dr. Jessica Voss grew up in rural Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine. She practiced in the Midwest as a small animal and equine veterinarian until 2008, when she moved to the United Kingdom. In 2015 she moved to Boston, and in 2020 she moved back home to Wisconsin.
Dr. Voss is certified in veterinary acupuncture by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society. Her professional interests include behavioural medicine, theriogenology, sports medicine and multimodal pain management—including acupuncture.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Voss has been successful competing showjumpers and show dogs in Europe. She takes great pleasure in the outdoors, especially kayaking and backpacking. Currently she has a young golden retriever, "Charlie".
MOLLY BURNS
Customer Service
Molly enjoys live music, hiking, reading, traveling, thrifting, exploring farmers markets, and making the most of her green thumb with her love of plants! She has one pet, a 7-year old Persian cat, Drifter! She likes working in a cohesive team environment at a clinic that values long-term client relationships. Molly enjoys assisting with patient care, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team while getting to know our clients and our community!
CHRISTINE DE POOTER
Customer Service
Christine enjoys photography, art, participating in our local band and choir groups, and pursuing her passion of environmental science by volunteering with the Fish & Wildlife Service. She has two dogs, a munsterlander mix that she loves teaching new tricks and games too, Murphy, and a golden retriever mix, Jake! She enjoys working with an awesome team and getting to know people and their pets in our community!
HANNAH GABRIELSON
Customer Service
Hannah enjoys reading, camping, and an equal mixture of enjoying home and traveling! She has 3 dogs; 2 Huskies, Zarra & Moose, and a cocker-spaniel, Runa Irene, as well as 6 full-of-personality goldfish! She loves getting to know every pet and their unique personalities, and the extra one-on-one time we get to spend with Daycare and Boarding pets!
TEENA OLSON
Customer Service
Teena enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, as well as crafting and cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers! Go Brew Crew! She has two German Shorthair Pointers; Duke & Benelli. She feels privileged to work with a wonderful team. She loves that every day brings something different, and she's always learning!
SHARON PARKER

Sharon loves her family and takes every opportunity she can to spend time with them! She also enjoys cooking, baking, and crafting. She enjoys being part of a great and compassionate team that works hard to ensure the health and well-being of each pet and the bond they have with their owner!
BRITTANY BREININGER

Brittany enjoys reading, biking, and kayaking. She has one dog, Paisley, an energetic, playful puppy who enjoys playing in Doggie Daycare! She also has four cats; Sasha, Peach, Sierra, and Neville. She is passionate about surgery, anesthesia, and the critical thinking this involves!

Jessie enjoys trail riding, ATV trail riding, and any sort of crafting! She has one dog: a Golden Retriever named Annie, two cats: Black Kitty & Oscar, four horses; Thunder, Charlie, Command, and Mary, and one goat; Charlie G. Jessie enjoys getting to know her clients and patients!
ARABELLA JACOBSON
Veterinary Assistant
Arabella enjoys horseback riding, kayaking, hiking, camping, and music! She has two dogs; a beagle named Lucy, and Australian Shepherd, Asher, and one cat, Ralph! She also has one horse; a mustang named Joey! She enjoys getting to know clients and their pets as well as learning new things every day!

Terri enjoys being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends! She has a Golden Retriever, Hadley, and German Shepherd, Riggs! She also has one horse, Frank! She enjoys working with a great team in an active environment, and loves that every day is different!

Jesara enjoys spending time with her family & friends, and barrel racing! She has one dog: an Australian Shepherd, Ivy, a cat named Callie, and 2 horses: Rayne & Holi! She loves getting to work with a great team while always learning something new and getting to meet new pets!

Gracie enjoys spending time outdoors and making the most of every season. When she's not spending time with family and friends, she's probably watching Grey's Anatomy! She has three dogs; Nora, a Golden Retriever, and two coonhounds; Fancy & Coe. Gracie enjoys working at Animal Tracks because every day brings something new. She values the opportunity to build connections with our clients and patients!

Moriah enjoys reading, watching sports, and spending time with her family! Moriah has two dogs; Maggie, a Cavalier King Charlies Spaniel mix, and Tank, a Black Mouth Cur! She loves to meet new clients, and getting to know them and their pets!

Danielle loves to travel, hike with her friends & family, and likes learning & trying new things! She has one dog, Echo, and three cats; Marvin, Mushu, and Mouse! Danielle loves her coworkers - she enjoys hearing their stories of the daycare dogs, getting to swap stories , and getting to know them better! She loves to see all of the different personalities of the pets she meets and meeting their owners!
KYLIE KLUM

Kylie enjoys hunting, boating, reading, and participating in Wrestling (she's even gone to State Wrestling a couple times - GO KYLIE!). She has 8 dogs! 5 of them are Plott Hounds; Storm, Nova, Groot, Blue, and Scout. She also has two mixed breed dogs; Trixie & Billy, and a Corgi, Winnie! Kylie enjoys getting to know all of the dogs personalities in Boarding & Daycare, and learning new skills everyday!

Tessa enjoys camping, fishing, and getting to show dairy cows at the fair! She has 3 dogs; Toby, Ray, and Fritz and 2 fish! She loves getting to spend her day hanging out with the Daycare dogs, and enjoys working with a really nice team!

Kayleigh enjoys activities like running, hiking, and snowmobiling. She also participates on her school's Cross Country and Track teams! She has 1 dog, Delilah, a German Shepherd & Lab mix that she enjoys running with, as well as 1 cat; Bootsie! Kayleigh enjoys getting to meet all of the Doggie Daycare dogs and getting to know each of their very different and unique personalities. She also enjoys getting to work with such a kind and welcoming team!
